These terms cover the Parletto managed service at app.parletto.com. The service is run by [Legal entity name], [postal address] ("we", "us"). By signing up or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Parletto is also open-source software under the MIT license. If you run Parletto yourself, the MIT license applies to the software and these terms do not.
Your account
- Give a working email address when you sign up, because we use it for account email.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- If you create an organization, you are responsible for who you invite into it and what they post there.
- Tell us at graf@grafficmedia.com if you think someone else is using your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- post, store or share anything illegal;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- harass, threaten or abuse other people;
- spread malware, or try to break into, overload or disrupt the service or other people's accounts.
If you do, we may remove the content and suspend or close the account or organization involved.
Your content
What you and your team post and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to the people in your organization, only as needed to run the service.
Early access
The service is in early access. It is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and the service may have bugs or be unavailable at times.
Pricing
The managed service is free during early access. Paid billing will come later through Stripe. We may set or change prices, and we will give notice before any charge starts or any price changes.
Ending your use
- You can stop using the service at any time. To have your account or organization deleted, email graf@grafficmedia.com.
- We may suspend or close an account or organization that breaks these terms.
- We may stop offering the managed service. If we do, we will give notice on this website first.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability to you for anything related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. During early access that amount is zero.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will announce it on this website and post the new version on this page with a new date at the top. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
